Consumer, beware of Vivint!
This company is just seems to be reliable and safe but actually it is not. They have many problems and hidden rocks behind the customer eyes and you may find them only if you deal with them but I will never recommend this company to anyone after my negative experience.
I purchased their home security service and problems started straight away after I signed up a contract with them. First problem was with the installation of their security equipment. Their employees arrived late and never made a notice when they had my phone number. During the installation walls of my house were damaged. I complained about that but company refused me in a recovery maintenance.
Second big problem happened later when I found that their security service doesn't work. I contacted this company and I claimed for a warranty repair. I was waiting for their representative two days and after he arrived he overcharged me for the purchased services. He explained it according to their terms and conditions which have hidden rocks and are build if fraudulent way.
So as a result I wasted my money for very poor service. After such experience I will never recommend this company to anyone!
Be careful - totally unreliable, dishonest and fraudulent!
