Lapa Security

Worked for them 3 years. They didn't paid me my last wage. Every month wages are delayed, after couple of weeks delay , wages are not paid in full.

This seems like a professional security company but there is a twist, they also have a security training company.
I went for a job there and instead of saying yes or no, they got me to do a foundation skills test (english and maths) then they asked me back to do another test and then they sent me a load of paperwork to sign and all this time I kept asking if I had got the job or not because I wasn't interested in doing more training as I already had certificates in english and maths plus an SIA card but they wouldn't give me a straight answer.

On looking through all the paperwork it appears that the courses they wanted me to sign up for were partly funded by the EU with the other half paid by Skills for Security all paid to Lapa training.

This means in total they would have got several thousand pounds for me doing these courses and all I would get at the end of it is another certificate when what I wanted was a Job.
