Beware and avoid this company, it is not what it claims to be!
This company has good reputation but the same time their service is very poor and they are unable to satisfy their customers in technical way. I used their services once and I felt there very welcome. the environment is made for their customers, very friendly and cosy. The main problem started with their service - when all work was done with my car and I took it back I found that all problems still exist, they just were hidden. I went back to this company but I received no support and no warranty repair. They acted like it is not their fault or problems but still everything was made in a very pleasant way.
This company as good reputation but service is bad! It is sad that many people are cheated by their misrepresentation.

I took my Audi TT to Lucas Auto Care their mechanic shop to diagnose an overheating issue. I was told they would only need the car for two days max, (and I double checked because I had to leave the country for a while so I needed it back as soon as possible). I also asked them if they were open on Saturday so I could pick it up.

Needless to say no one was there on Saturday, the work was not done, and when I was finally able to have the car delivered to my location, I found out that someone has destroyed the leather on the interior handle. When I politely called and asked to have the damage repaired, I was not only treated as a liar, I was told “we didn’t touch the car door handle”. I wonder how did they open and close the car door then. After many lies and destroying parts of the interior of my car, they still failed to diagnose my overheating issue correctly and overcharged me because they were working on my car for too long. I tried to explain that it was not my fault and they can’t charge me. No discount was provided either. Not recommended service.
