I think they will do everything to keep stolen money.

I was checking my bills in order to reduce expenses. I found unauthorized charges from Ebridge. I have never used this company or their services or even heard this name. I called their customer service to get explanations and to reverse the charge and learned that they had been billing me for 4 months at $49.95 per month.
Actually I was shocked and I couldn’t believe that it was happening during all these months. I asked the customer support rep to reverse the charges since I have never authorized any services from their company. But the rep became very rude and told that I did authorize the services and they had a recorded phone call to prove it. I asked them to email me the recording, but they never did it.
I am sure they have not got any recording and now they are simply killing the time to find the solution for this situation. Taking into account their behaviour I think they will do everything to keep stolen money.

dishonest company, customer is always wrong according to their rules

Ebridge - be careful dealing with this company.
I used to work for Ebridge and I would never recommend this company to anyone as a working place and as a company for business and development.
First of all this company doesn't care of own employees. They don't provide salaries as their promised on the first interview and don't pay for extra hours which they always force to work. The environment at work is really bad, a lot of paperwork and unnecessary work, rules which are also unnecessary but they control each step of their employees and are waiting for the chance to overcharge them for their mistake or a problem. No any classes or trainings which may help to do the job better.
I also saw their attitude to customers and I am absolutely shocked. Ebridge works with small and mid-sized businesses providing Internet advertising solutions. Company doesn't complete their services in time and according to customers requests. No refund policy and no adequate customer support service. It seems that customer is always wrong and exists only for paying money for really poor and low quality service. This company is not good and it is really better to avoid any deals with them.
I left this company as soon as it was possible and I will never recommend it to anyone!
