We r soon filing cases on these to so called celebrities they will be tried for endorsing criminal companies I see lot of youth wasting thier life's on these r type of real estate companies

Viswanath and Bala subramanyam should explain why r they endorsing suvarnabhoomi when a court has passed judgement in favour of complainant KIRAN MAI there is a criminal case running on them in alwal the FIR has registered on them they are on antispatory bail ,how can people like Viswanath and Bala subramanyam with good reputation go to thier endorsing it only proofs these two guys are also criminals.

They are not updating the project developments. They should post recent photoes and videos.Not two year back content.

An appeal has been submitted to Hon'ble Shri Venkaiah Naidu to safeguard the interests of people who bought plots near Shadnagar in Suvarnabhoomi layout, which is not at all approved at village panchayati level, district level and also to punish the concerned municipal officials who have colluded with Suvarnabhoomi Developers for wrongfully registering the documents. The Hon'ble Minister had referred the matter to concerned persons. Since pending court cases are there, If the Mgmt of suvernabhoomi is honest they should come openly and publish the layout approvals in EENADU to notify all the public.

As per District Collector there is no layout approved for suvarnabhoomi developers for shadnagar plot that they have sold in 2008. So public are heavily cheated.

There was lot of delay and response was poor when contacted. However, at the end, everything was fine and initial agreed rates were accepted. Registration was done fine and documents were also fine. There are few senior employees of Suvarnabhoomi who are responsive and very good. I appreciate the cooperation of Mrs Sudha Prasanna in Vizag office. Now, I recommend if you are not in hurry of possession and if you have patience.

Plz don't buy any plot or land from Suvarnabhoomi developer. They are cheat. First they will promise everything once u pay them, then u will running around. They wiil offer plot at cheaper rates and after getting half of the amount they will hike the rates and blackmail you... So plz beware of suvarnabhoomi developers...they are fraud..

Hi All, Shall I invest in the Suvarnabhoomi ? there are saying the words in such a way the there are the owner for that. Are there approved VUDA ? Then why not the law is involving in this ?

They will make you mad and take your valuable money But no registration. They will never give your money back also nor land

you mean all the registrations done for phase 1 and 11 are bogus?
is registration possible without vuda approval ?

Dear everyone, I am willing to warn you about Suvarnabhoomi Developers Pvt Ltd and especially the two directors of the company, Mr Sridhar and Mr Srinivas.
Unfortunately, I've became one of their numerous victims and I feel I need to share my story to public, maybe this will help others to avoid repeating my mistakes. Suvarnabhoomi actually is a company that knows how to look legit - their talking skills are quite high and they really know how to make people believe that they are a top class business - I've fell for it and decided to invest into one of their programes - Suvarnakuteerr - Vizag phase III. Mr. Meka Srinivas and Mr. Bolleneni Sridhar have taken my deposit of 30,000/- and assured me everything will go perfect. A few days later I was telling this to my friend who advised me to look them up online and I did just that. I was shocked - I found quite a lot of negative reviews about this company - it seemed like a lot of people have lost their money because of Suvarnabhoomi Developers. I thought maybe it's the competitors posting the negative reviews, so I decided to check the villages in HMDA since Meka Srinivas have stated that all of the villages are there. It turned out that none of those are registered with Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority.
After discovering all these negative reviews and looking their projects up with HDMA I decided to get my money back. Upon signing the deal I was assured by Bolleneni Sridhar that the money's refundable, so I informed them that I have financial problems and would like to refund my money. They have refused claiming that there are no rules regarding the refunds and anything that's paid is not refundable! I was shocked. I am trying to get my money by filing a lawsuit now.
However, even this is not all. I have recently been in contact with other victims of their fraud and I have discovered that they have problems obtaining VUDA approval. This means everyone who is currently paying Suvarnabhoomi Developers will simply lose their money.
Avoid Suvarnabhoomi Developers Pvt Ltd at all costs!
