International Profit Associates is a kind of company which offers their services for small business which needs a promotion. They have huge experience in promo works and could really help as a business consultant - this is how this company represent themselves. I was looking for something for my business which I started about a year ago and I really needed a help in promo work. I contacted this company and we made a deal, we created common business and promo plan and I was very happy about professional work of their representative who dealt with me. All problems started with the realization of this project when I discover that company is very unprofessional in a realization of their projects. All what we planned was realized just on %20 and when I contacted them and tried to cancel their services and to claim for a refund, they said that they don't do refunds. Their customer support and satisfaction policy costs zero!
After such experience I will never recommend this company to anyone! Beware and better stay away, find more reliable and representative company!

This company contacted me to discuss bringing me on as a Business Consultant. A man named Jeff Slywka was the contact. I found him to be everything like the reviews I had read about this company. He doesn't return calls, even when he has asked you to call him. He doesn't appear to be honorable in the way he is doing business. During the interview I asked him if they had any type of year end event honoring their top sales people. He started to dance around the question, and said they had an event is Las Vegas. When I probed further & further, because he was evading the question and answer, he finally said the event in Las Vegas was for anyone that wanted to attend and not hosted by the company. This is basically what I got in the whole interview. Talking in circles from him! When I probed about receiving commissions for sales, I did not get a straight answer & still don't know how or when they'd be paid. Stay away from this company!

I was going to promote my business and hired International Profit Associates for profit management. During several talks with their representatives I came to conclusion that International Profit Associates company are big professionals and they will manage to do all the documents and plan the budget very fast. They promised to do everything within a month. Guess what happened next? This company disappeared for a month and I was sure that they are working on my case. How wrong I was! When I finally contacted them and got answer that they have too many companies that they work with and they don’t have time for me. I was shocked and asked what about our agreement. When I told that I can call the lawyer they excused and told that they will investigate my case as soon as possible. After about three weeks I have lost my patience and simply called the lawyer. My lawyer called the manager and asked for a refund according to the fact that agreement conditions were not honored. They tried to kill the time but were persuaded to pay full refund. Thanks god I have such a great lawyer! I have never met a company like that. I can’t even believe they did it to me!

I am totally disappointed with the service I got from the company called RS Consulting Group. I am the owner of a small business with about 15 employees and I was going to expand my company. Therefore, I searched on the internet for business assistance and found out about RS Consulting Group. According to the data posted on their website this company was practising their services during quite a long time. They claimed to be professionals and I believed that it is the best opportunity for me.

We negotiated the price and finally I paid a sum of $5000 for my company’s budget planning, cost control and profit growth. They also had to prepare documentation concerning my employee improvement and training. However, you can guess what happened next. After about 8 calls they finally picked up the phone and told that documents are not ready so far. They should have prepared them during a month but when I called two months after payment was made nothing was ready for me.

Three months later I became mad and asked for a refund. I was waiting for the answer for about two weeks more and got a nothing. I have lost $5000 and in total and I want to warn you about this fraudulent company.
